Whazzup bozos

My humanized version of Johnny 5 from the movie series Short Circuit. I know it doesn't look much like the original robot, but a lot of the original bot's character came from his antics, and frankly I'm happy with how it came out. At least this time, he's doing something from the actual movie (his big entrance in Short Circuit 2).

You might be wondering why I keep drawing Johnny in a battledress. This is because, if I remember correctly, Johnny and his entire line were military hardware, robots intended (but not originally designed) for warfare. Hence it seemed fitting that I make him a soldier.

Too bad I didn't place any reference to NOVA on the uniform. I made him wear a beret because it looked good and a neckerchief as a reference to the second movie. Once I get around to coloring, the fatigue would follow Johnny's actual color scheme.
